Hey everyone, Aunt Grace here
I don’t know about you, but September always feels like that in-between time at Trader Joe’s. Summer is still going, but they’re already starting to sneak in those limited seasonal items — and if you’re not paying attention, you walk right past some really good ones. I’ve been stopping by a few times this month just to see what’s actually worth buying (and what’s just sitting there looking pretty). So I wanted to share the ones I’ve tried and genuinely liked so far.
1. Margarita Mix
This one is getting a lot of attention right now, and for good reason. It’s easy, it tastes clean, and it makes having people over feel a little more special without any extra work. I’ve already used it twice this month and both times people asked what I mixed.

2. Shrimp Chips
Okay… these are dangerous. Crispy, lightly salty, and somehow you keep reaching for more without even realizing it. I’ve been keeping a bag in the pantry for quick snacks or when someone drops by. They’re one of those things that disappear faster than you expect.

3. Mini Ice Cream Cones
These are perfect if you want something sweet but don’t want a big dessert. The size is just right, they’re not too sweet, and they live happily in the freezer until you need a little treat. I’ve been grabbing one after dinner a few times this week and it hits the spot every time.

A few little tips from me
If you can, try going on a weekday morning or early afternoon. Weekends clear out the good seasonal stuff pretty quickly. Also, don’t just look at the big displays near the entrance. Walk the frozen aisle and the snack section slowly — a lot of these limited items get tucked in quieter spots. And if you see something you really like, I usually grab two. These seasonal things have a way of disappearing and not coming back the same way. Have any of these shown up at your store yet? Or did you find something even better?
With Love, Aunt Grace
